Youth Sports Performance
Sports Performance Training is more than just pumping a few bench presses in the gym. This is a systematic program designed to get you faster, stronger and more explosive. No matter what sport you play, our year-round programs will increase your speed and strength during the off-season and maintain those levels during the season.
About Sports Performance Training
Work with our trainers as they put you through intense strength training, bungee workouts, agility ladder drills, tire training and a host of other unique methods that will help you blow past the competition and achieve your goals.
Youth Program (6-12 yrs): Focuses on teaching the proper body mechanics in order to develop a foundation for long-term sports performance & muscular development. Both short-term and long-term results will be seen.
Teen Program (13-18 yrs): This program concentrates on refining fundamental skills of speed and agility, as well as incorporating strength and explosion training. Sport specific movements and body parts are also integrated into the curriculum to ensure each athlete maximizes their potential.
Private & Small Group Training
Whether you are a novice or an elite level athlete, we can help you reach your full potential by providing one-on-one sports performance training. After an initial assessment we will determine areas of concentration, create a customized training plan based on your sport(s) and specific goals, and then monitor your success based on key sports performance criteria.

X3 Sports offers youth sports performance training at Atlanta locations in both Marietta and Midtown.
