Kelly joined X3 in January at 287lbs. He lost over 10lbs in the first month and 4 months later he was down over 30lbs. According to Kely, "I tried working out alone and it just didn't keep me motivated like the classes at X3. I had never seen anything like this; the heavy bags, the ring, the whole package. I needed more than just going to a gym and hitting the weights."
